Raw Sparkle in situated in Paris’s suburb. This former industrial warehouse is redesigned into a bright 130sqm loft.

The existing concrete structure is revealed and kept as the main feature paying tribute to the site’s past.
The challenge of this 2-storey ground floor/basement unit is to bring daylight and free-up the facade.

The space is rearranged to accommodate one block of technical functions in the darker area of the apartment: the walking-wardrobe, bathroom, guest room and storage space are housed in it.
