This project is situated in front of a beautiful lake in Belgium. The archetypal shape of mastaba is interpreted both to establish a clear statement between the landscape and the construction and both to offer splendid terraces for each housing unit. The gradient in the size and shape of the facade openings brings monumentality and elegance to the building while offering maximum daylight on the groundfloor. The building offers 18 appartments and a spa on the ground floor.
