SUGAR STACKING TOWER
Object Design. Wood stacking tower for sugar. Designed for Michelin Chef Pepe Solla.
At Pepe Solla´s restaurant, we can find many different types of sugar at tea and coffee time.
Following the designs of Froebel, we designed a tower that could make people want to play with it.
To play is to learn and to discover, concepts that the chef wants to explore in his cuisine.
Each block of the tower hides different typologies and the methacrylate tube spoons or the transparent tweezers to pick sugar cubes.
The form of the block, with its double squares remembers the sugar particles.
