The mixed project (housing, shopping and office) Tasso near Catalans beach and Vauban’s fortifications, with the stadium and the corner building , is becoming a major urban piece that will participate in revitalizing the neighborhood. It is primarily the front place and the urban nature, and status with the Avenue de la Corse. We chose to tell about that urban façade, scales , that filters , organizes entries , welcomes loggias , announces the proximity of the sea. At the back , north facades is not so open, it present a sorte of moving picture with aleatoty window openings and some loggias, as needed and make with the landscape , the staging of open architecture in tune with the context.
