Guidelines for the Divisare Community
These brief notes are here to help you understand what it means to be part of Divisare. Remember that you can use Divisare only when these notes and terms of use are adhered to.
Here is what you can do in Divisare:
- Play fair. We are a community of different people, we attend different schools, with diverse tastes and cultures...in other words: many of us might not have the same ideas that you do, might have different values from yours and might find types of architecture and architects interesting that are different from your views...Everyone has a right to have their own ideas, so remember to always be polite and correct when interacting with others.
- Respect copyright. This means: do not publish any projects of which you are not the author, images and photographs taken by others or text not written by you. If you break this rule you are going against the fundamental spirit of Divisare, and the subsequent immediate closure of your account could result.
- Explore Divisare, discover different ways of thinking, study and teach architecture that is different from yours, enjoy the pleasure of participating a more open world and professional confrontation in a larger territorial environment.
Here is what you CANNOT do on Divisare:
- Publish material that is not yours, in particular photographic material of text found on the Internet or in other publications
- Register under a false name or impersonate another person or entity
- Dump your frustrations and aggression onto users of Divisare; if a valid complaint is made about any inappropriate behavior, your account could be cancelled
- Publish material that is illegal, indecent or not pertaining to design and architectural schools

Many different things can be found in Divisare, some of which may be offensive to you. If you consider yourself to be offended by any behavior, text or image, you can use the "abuse" button and report the incident, and if you believe that it is especially urgent and important, you can directly contact us with a message at
- As pertains to Copyright infractions
If in Divisare you find your material that has been published by someone else, do not become agitated, as it probably is only a simple misunderstanding. The first step that we recommend is to contact those responsible for the publication and politely ask them to cancel the material that belongs to you from Divisare. If this does not work, do not hesitate to contact us directly and report the incident at , and we will take care of the problem.

Divisare was born from an idea of participation, sharing and exchange. Our dream is to see an architectural school that is more open, free and aware.
