Domus Damero

Domus Damero, a golden concrete house, maximizes space on an irregular corner plot. Its perforated volume creates a checkerboard pattern, extending from facades to a three-dimensional interior. Four scenes on the ground floor, defined by orientation, transform into porches with concealed windows, seamlessly connecting interior and exterior. The upper floor strategically places four bedrooms in corners, aligning with a solar-oriented domestic program. Sustainability is prioritized with solar panels supporting a zero-consumption aerothermal system.
