This industrial park is a collection of small office buildings accommodating software service companies. The design strategy is lifting the ground courtyard to upper floors. In this way, the public area in this narrow site is enlarged. These overhanging courtyards stretch out from the facade to Maximum 5 meters. Although the Interior spaces are standardized, different locations of courtyards result in abundant inside and outside space experiences.
