Designed by Jo Coenen, this building rapresent the largest library in Netherland! The most impressive thing for this construction, is the difference between the outside and the inside. The hard shapes of the external façades are interrupted inside, where everything becomes soft and curvy.
However all seems in balance and the perfect mixing of lights and shadows create an unique architecture.
Finally the interaction with the external environment, becomes stronger on the rooftop, where everyone could take a seat to admire the Amsterdam's landscape.
